Have you been looking for a chiropractor in Fort Wayne? Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, the chiropractic care offered at Aboite Health Center in Fort Wayne emphasizes the importance of improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. Given the option, most people would prefer to be healthy and avoid illness if possible, and our integrated chiropractic and traditional medicine care can help those people achieve their health and wellness goals.

For those patients who may already be in pain, chiropractic care offers a unique way to provide pain relief for many types of pain and conditions, including back pain, neck pain and more! Pain relief and pain prevention are two of the reasons that chiropractic services have become so popular, both here in Fort Wayne and around the world.

There are benefits to seeking an alternative to traditional medicine; one that will help you achieve and maintain optimal health without requiring invasive treatments such as surgery.  Some additional benefits of your individualized treatment programs can include: better immune response, sense of well-being, improved breathing and digestion and other overall health benefits.

MEET THE DOCTOR

Hello, I am Dr. Perry Lyons and I want to thank you for taking your valuable time to research Fort Wayne chiropractors and visiting my website. When you arrive at the office, I want to be the first to welcome you because I am interested in building strong, lifelong relationships; one patient at a time. My passion to help people, just like you is fulfilled with my dedication to education and more than 30 years of experience.

I am just a simple "farm boy" who was raised out in the country near Huntertown. I graduated from Carroll High School with recognition from the National Honors Society and received my Bachelor's Degree in Religious Education from Great Lakes Christian College in Lansing, Michigan. I married my high school girlfriend and we then moved to Atlanta where I completed my Chiropractic College prerequisite courses at Kennesaw Community College.

I then completed my Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree at Life University and jumped "into the frying pan" when I was given the opportunity to replace a doctor who was retiring from practice in Lexington, South Carolina. Two Daughters later, in 1989 we moved back to Fort Wayne to bring our daughters closer to their grandparents. That move also increased our family with the adoption of two more children.

In 2003, I achieved my Post-Doctoral degree as a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Professionals. I completed these three and one half extra years of training to help me, help you, enjoy your life!

My introduction to chiropractic was through a local chiropractor in my early teens. As puberty hits, the new wave of hormones created neuromuscular problems in my neck that lead to debilitating headaches. After several failed medical treatments, my mother took me to a local chiropractor who was able to provide phenomenal relief. I am grateful to him that I have been able to help other children throughout my career with the same condition. This introduction, my common sense approach to life, and my joy of fixing things, are the main ingredients of my passion for being your chiropractor.

I love God, I love my wife, I love my children and grandchildren, and I love what I do. If you are looking for a doctor who won't quit until you are the best you can be; call me!

Thank you, I'm ready to begin our life fulfilling relationship.

Perry L. Lyons, D.C.
